The Industry Track aims to bridge the gap between academic research and real-world supply chain practice.

This track is designed for industry professionals, consultants, technology providers, and practitioners who are directly involved in designing, implementing, and operating supply chain solutions.

We welcome practice-oriented contributions that share real cases, lessons learned, implementation challenges, and measurable outcomes related to digital transformation, operational excellence, resilience, and sustainability in supply chains. Submissions should focus on applied knowledge, decision-making processes, and execution realities rather than purely theoretical models.

This track provides a platform for industry voices to contribute to the conference by showcasing how concepts, technologies, and frameworks are applied in practice, what works, what fails, and why.

Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:

• Real-world digital transformation initiatives in supply chain operations
• Practical use cases of AI, advanced analytics, and decision-support systems
• Warehouse, transport, and inventory management enabled by digital solutions
• Implementation experiences with WMS, TMS, ERP, and system integrations
• IoT, sensors, and real-time visibility in logistics and supply chains
• Automation and robotics in warehousing and logistics operations
• Data integration, interoperability, and end-to-end supply chain visibility
• Technology-enabled risk management and supply chain resilience
• Sustainability and ESG initiatives supported by digital supply chain tools
• Change management and organizational adoption of supply chain technologies
• Lessons learned from supply chain technology implementation projects
